Abstract:

The paper presents historical aspects, modern views, experience, and data of various international medical institutions on the use of surgical tactics for bone metastases from renal cancer, as well as information about the possibilities of treating patients with this disease. Surgical treatments for bone metastatic foci can increase survival rates in patients and, in some cases, completely save and cure the patient from any manifestations of the disease (pathological fractures, pelvic organ dysfunctions, and pain syndrome).
