Abstract:

The publication highlights the main issues of tolerability of simultaneous radiotherapy and targeted therapy in patients with head and neck tumors. The clinical case example is used to show the course of side effects and to discuss the key issues of preparation for treatment and accompanying therapy. The authors describe the patient’s status in late periods and discuss whether there is a relationship of the adequate management of early reactions to the delayed state and quality of life in patients.
