There was a statistically significant decrease in the absolute and relative values of postoperative lymphorrhea compared with those in the control group. The use of myoplasty with a completely dissected muscle and partial myoplasty was established to affect the duration and volume of lymphorrhea, the time of drain removal, and the incidence of postoperative complications. No significant statistical differences were found in the studied parameters (volume and duration of lymphorrhea, time of drain removal) between the examined groups of patients who underwent axillary region myoplasty, which determines the need for further studies of sparing surgical manipulation in order to prevent possible complications when a necessary clinical result is achieved.
