Abstract:

The paper describes a clinical case of surgical treatment in a female patient with radiation-induced pleural fibrosarcoma. In 1990 due to lymphoepithelial thymoma, she underwent anterior superior mediastinal mass removal, followed by radiotherapy in a total focal dose of 60 Gy. 25 years later, an examination revealed an anterior superior mediastinal mass, a morphological examination diagnosed fibrosarcoma G2.
