Abstract:

The paper analyzes the results of multicenter randomized trials of different combinations and regimens of hormone therapy during hormone radiotherapy in patients with prostate cancer and considers the preliminary results of a number of recent investigations. It also discusses and assesses the EAU, ESMO, and NCCN guidelines for hormone therapy in combination with radiotherapy.
