The paper describes two rare cases of patients with cavernous hemangioma of the optic canal and superior orbital fissure. With small tumor sizes, visual functions significantly reduced during a follow-up. In one case, surgery was performed for visual impairment after neurovisualization and follow-up. A surgical treatment decision was at once made in the other case with visual impairments. at once as there were visual impairments. Despite their risk, the undertaken active efforts proved themselves. The used limited supraorbital approach with the detailed evaluation of microvascular anatomy could radically remove the neoplasm. Visual functions recovered in the postoperative period.
