The paper describes a clinical case of prolonged 3-fold median overall and relapse-free survival in a patient with non-small cell lung cancer and brain metastases. This case demonstrates the need for neurosurgical treatment in patients with intracranial lung metastases, which substantially increases the life of patients and improves its quality.
