Abstract:

The paper presents the experience with laparoscopic treatment of female reproductive system tumors in 723 patients, including 526 patients with breast cancer, 103 with ovarian cancer, and 94 with corpus uteri cancer. It also gives the results of overall and relapse-free survival after laparoscopic operations, which are as good as that of open operations. Their efficiency and safety are shown.
