The paper describes a very rare case of five multiple primary metachronous-synchronous malignancies of the stomach, colon, and rectum in a patient who underwent three extensive operations on the stomach and large intestine in 1975, 1997, and 2009. This case confirms that patients having a few primary malignant tumors, one of which is gastric stomach, can be surgically treated and cured.
