Effective and safe correction of age-related skin changes of face is relevant due to prolonged period of active longevity, improved quality of life and important role of self-esteem of a modern woman. Signs of chrono- and photoaging are well studied. Combined therapy slowing the development of involutional changes is under particular attention. However, there are few reports in the literature devoted to safe combination of therapy and its long-term effectiveness. Searching for optimal protocols of differentiated therapy for photo- and chrono-aging of skin is one of the actual problem of dermatology. Aim — to evaluate the effectiveness of two schemes of application of external retinoids combined with fillers and skin boosters in women with chrono- and photoaging of the face. Material and methods. Step-by-step treatment with retinoic peeling (with and without Retinol Cream 3.0), skin boosters and fillers was performed in 60 women aged 35—65 years (mean 49.81±7.52 years) with R. Glogau wrinkle types I—III. Post-procedure data, colorimetry, corneo- and cutometry, MASI index, Merz visual scale, photo-aging scale, GAIS were applied to analyze an efficiency and safety of treatment. Results. It was confirmed high efficacy and safety of staged complex therapy of involutive skin changes of the face followed by stable lightening of skin and reduced grade of photoaging (D01 2.04±0.07; M12 1.48±1.03; p≤0.05) and wrinkle depths (D01 Mertz index 18.96±1.56; M12 9.13±1.33; p≤0.05). Physician’s assessment of GAIS coincided with that of patients: significant improvement of M05 — 61.5%, M12 — 15.4%, an improvement of 38.5 and 80.7%, respectively.
