The steady growth of incidence of psoriasis is accompanied by a decrease in the biological age of patients. Increase in the number of severe disabling forms of psoriasis and development of psoriatic process torpid to therapy is observed. Objective. To improve treatment of patients with mild to moderate psoriasis. Material and methods. The study involved 84 patients with psoriasis of different severity. Thymodepressin was administered intramuscularly in a dose of 1-2 ml daily for 7-10 days; the same cycle was repeated after a two-day break. Thymodepressin was further administered intranasally as the maintenance therapy and to prevent relapses. Results. Comparative analysis of the results has shown high clinical efficacy of Thymodepressin when included in the treatment regimens of psoriasis patients.
