Abstract:

Burnout syndrome is characterized by a state of emptiness and fatigue following long-term stress, emotional tension, mental and physical overload. It is especially common in representatives of communication professions. Currently, there is no consensus on etiopathogenesis of this pathology. However, most researchers agree on inextricable connection with stress. Increased stress resistance and individual self-regulation skills are necessary to prevent emotional burnout following intense activity. Herbal teas, bee products and hirudotherapy are important components of therapy. Physical methods including physical exercise, massage and hardware physiotherapy are also important. Natural physical factors are no less effective than preformed ones. The integrated use of physical and drug methods combined with psychological correction contributes to successful prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.
