Abstract:

The paper gives data on the etiopathogenesis of venous trophic ulcers and proposes different approaches to treating ulcerative defects. The authors present the results of their follow-ups of patients with venous trophic ulcers and describe the effect of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of this nosological entity.
