Abstract:

This article presents a 61 year-old man suffering Kimura's disease (synonyms: eosinophilic soft-tissue granuloma, eosinophilic hyperplastic lymphogranuloma, eosinophilic lymphofolliculosis, eosinophilic lymphofollicular granuloma, eosinophilic lymphoid granuloma). Approaches to differential diagnostics of this pathological condition from a similar self-contained disease, angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosiniphilia, are discussed.
