Abstract:

This paper presents the data on expression of CD95, CD25, and CD71 receptors in immunocompetent cells as well as serum levels of TNF-α, IL-2, and transferrin in patients with various clinical forms of psoriasis. These patients exhibited high cytotoxic activity of lymphocytes associated with the enhanced content of the cells containing CD95+ and TNF-α. Expression of IL-2 and transferrin receptors decreased with increasing IL-2 levels in the absence of changes in transferrin content.
