The novel technique of the primary mammoplasty for patients with the breast cancer T1 - 2N0-1M0 was worked out. The submammar skin flap preservation provides the more natural breast form and make the breast modeling technically easier for the surgeon. The method can be applied solitary or in combination with breast prostheses. Of the 23 patients, operated on, 4 had postoperative complications. The long-term follow up revealed no tumor recurrence in these patients.
