Abstract:

Surgical treatment of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is sometimes accompanied by recurrent heart failure symptoms in late postoperative period due to insufficient excision of hypertrophied interventricular septum. This article presents redo surgical treatment of a patient with recurrent symptoms of obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
