Ross procedure is a good alternative to aortic valve replacement in childhood. Nevertheless, redo surgery for graft dysfunction is a common and difficult problem, and postoperative result is determined by severity of calcinosis of the main vessels. The authors present successful aortic root and pulmonary artery replacement in a 29-year-old female with aortic root aneurysm and stenosis of pulmonary xenograft in 14 years after Ross procedure. Bentall procedure and pulmonary artery replacement with mechanical valved conduits were performed.
