Aim — to analyze the results of aortic valve replacement with Perceval S sutureless bioprosthesis and simultaneous coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Material and methods. We have analyzed 20 patients who underwent aortic valve replacement with sutureless bioprosthesis (Perceval S) and CABG within the same procedure. Left internal mammary artery (LIMA) was used for left anterior descending artery bypass and saphenous veins — for other arteries. There were 2 grafts in most cases (50%). Mean age was 73.2± 5.1 years. There were 65% of males and 35% of females, respectively. Mean EuroSCORE II was 10.3%. Results. Good results were achieved in 95% of patients after surgery. Only 1 patient died in postoperative period due to non-cardiac cause. Conclusion. Step-by-step technique and higher aortotomy during Perceval S valve deployment are necessary for successful surgical outcome. Perceval S prosthesis is a real alternative for patients with aortic valve stenosis and coronary artery disease due to shorter time of aortic cross-clamping and cardiopulmonary bypass, lower postoperative morbidity.
