Abstract:

Results of mitral valve replacement (102 patients) and aortic valve replacement (120 patients) were analyzed. The most frequent complications in children and adolescents were studied in long-term postoperative period after operations. Data concerning frequency and specifics of complications and 10-year postoperative survivability are presented.
