Abstract:

One of the intraoperative complications of videolaparoscopic cholecystectomy is gallbladder perforation and migration of concretions extracted from it into the free abdominal cavity, which leads to the formation of abscesses of different localization or fistulas. The article presents a clinical observation of a patient with a late complication of videolaparoscopic cholecystectomy — a “lost” concretum in the free abdominal cavity that migrated into the thickness of the duodenal wall. The concrement was extracted by transluminal access.
