Abstract:

The work presents a review of the literature, covering the current state of the problem of surgical treatment for adhesive small intestinal obstruction using endovideo surgery technology. Indications and contraindications for the use of laparoscopy, its diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities are described in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of laparoscopy in surgical treatment of adhesive small intestine obstruction are described, intra- and postoperative complications are analyzed.
