In modern surgery is gaining momentum appointment of complex treatment, which is based on the concept of «fast recovery.» In point of stenotic colorectal cancer it is based on the use as the first stage of treatment of the tumor with laser recanalisation then performing radical operations and restoring the continuity of the digestive tract in a single hospitalization. During of performing laser recanalisation with subsequent stenting possibly complications in the case of bowel perforation and complication of the main disease. These examples will help to avoid complications in the treatment of this pathology. The proposed strategy using laser recanalisation allow eliminates the intermediate stages of treatment, significantly reduce the overall terms of treatment and rehabilitation of patients, to achieve a high quality of life for patients in the near and long term.
