Abstract:

The paper is devoted to current methods of surgical treatment of the gallbladder lesions. Potentials, advantages and disadvantages of SILS, NOTES techniques and conventional laparoscopy in comparison with each other are presented. Besides, feasibility of combination of these methods is estimated. Comparative analysis of the techniques offered the possibility to identify indications and contraindication to each of the methods. Selection criteria in respect to the patient are pointed up. Algorithm of choice of the optimal approach for the certain patient is demonstrated.
