Tubarial infertility accounts for the most common cause of female infertility - up to 60-70%. During the last 20 years the efficacy of various adhesion barriers has been investigated. From 2009 to 2012 laparoscopic management of tubarial infertility was performed in 70 patients followed by second-look laparoscopy in 6-36 months. All patients underwent adhesiolysis with hysterosalpingostomy. In 35 patients of group I wound surface was covered with Intercoat andiadhesion gel, which was not used in the group II (control group). Due to the results of follow-up laparoscopy adhesions were absent in 12 (37.3%) patients, grade I-II of adhesion process - in 19 (53.4%) cases, grade II-III - in 2 (4.7%) patients, grade IV - in 1 (2.3%) patient; isolated hydrosalpinx was observed in 1 (2.3%) patient.
