TEG and ROTEM are common for urgent assessment of hemostasis system in postpartum bleeding. The manufacturer of ROTEM informs that strict reference values for INTEM, EXTEM, FIBTEM, APTEM and NATEM are not established for pregnant or non-pregnant women. In this regard, we performed a systematic review and meta-analysis of ROTEM data in pregnant women and parturients. We determined ROTEM values determining physiological chronometric and structural hypercoagulation during pregnancy.
