ABSTRACT The clinical guidelines present modern methods of perioperative treatment of surgical patients with neuromuscular diseases. Various methods of anesthesia are considered, indications and contraindications, advantages and disadvantages of general and regional anesthesia are substantiated, and features of monitoring and intensive care of patients with neuromuscular disorders.
