Синдром дефицита внимания у взрослых: особенности социальных и семейных отношений

Резюме

В статье представлен обзор научных публикаций, посвященных изучению клинических проявлений синдрома дефицита внимания с гиперактивностью (СДВГ) во взрослом возрасте и его влиянию на социальную адаптацию. Основное внимание уделено результатам исследований, посвященных особенностям межличностного взаимодействия взрослых пациентов с СДВГ и основных социальных проблем, характерных для людей с этой патологией. Изложены современные взгляды на психофизиологические механизмы формирования нарушений межличностных отношений у пациентов с СДВГ. Также рассмотрены возможности психотерапевтической коррекции и фармакологической терапии, позволяющие улучшить социальную адаптацию при СДВГ во взрослом возрасте.
