Резюме / Abstract:

ЦЕЛЬ

Ю обзора являлось выделение основных факторов, влияющих на формирование ремиссий у больных с алкогольной зависимостью и алкоголизмом, коморбидными с психическими расстройствами. Проведен сравнительный анализ отечественных и зарубежных публикаций. Установлено, что на формирование ремиссий и ее стойкость оказывают влияния разнообразные факторы: преморбидная социальная стабильность, время возникновения факторов риска, перенесенные детские психические расстройства, наследственная отягощенность, перенесенные травмы (физические и психологические), качество купирования синдрома отмены и его отставленных явлений, аффективные, невротические, неврастеноподобные расстройства, сочетание алкоголизма и психического расстройства, сопутствующие заболевания и ненадлежащее их лечение, физиологические процессы нормального старения, активное участие пациентов в лечении, позитивные поворотные жизненные ситуации и отсутствие негативных, уровень образования, причастность к религии и духовности, наличие большей социальной поддержки и друзей, не одобряющие употребление алкоголя, рост смысла жизни, более высокая самоэффективность. Необходимы индивидуальные терапевтические программы на разных этапах становления ремиссии с применением психотерапии и фармакотерапии как для больных с алкогольной зависимостью, так и для пациентов с алкоголизмом, коморбидным с психическими расстройствами.
