Резюме / Abstract:

Обзор литературы посвящен проблеме взаимосвязи деменции и депрессии, роли депрессии как фактора риска развития деменции и месту депрессии в структуре нейрокогнитивных нарушений при деменции. Приводятся эпидемиологические данные и рассматриваются механизмы взаимосвязи расстройств. Поиск источников включал только качественные исследования, метаанализы, полнотекстовые статьи и проводился в системе PubMed, Google по ключевым словам dementia, depression. Приведенные эпидемиологические и биологические данные свидетельствуют, что депрессия повышает риск деменции, подтверждая гипотезу причинного фактора. Приведены основные направления исследований взаимосвязи депрессии и деменции в контексте профилактики болезни Альцгеймера.
