Abstract:

Correlations of psychopathological symptoms - depression, depersonalization, trait and state anxiety have been studied in 371 combatants. The clinical pattern of mental disorders goes beyond the conception of posttraumatic stress disorder, including the described disorders. The correlation analysis has demonstrated that these disorders proved to be not only comorbid, or facultative, but are the obligatory components of mental disorders in the remote period of combat trauma. The data obtained are of great importance for a more accurate clinical analysis of mental status in these patients and for taking medical and psychocorrectional measures.
