
Влияние назосептального лоскута на качество жизни после трансназальных вмешательств

Резюме
В обзоре представлено современное состояние проблемы применения назосептального лоскута у взрослых и детей при трансназальных эндоскопических вмешательствах. Описаны наиболее часто встречающиеся изменения со стороны полости носа после забора назосептального лоскута, а также их влияние на качество жизни в послеоперационном периоде у детей и взрослых. Освещены интраоперационные техники, позволяющие снизить негативное влияние забора назосептального лоскута и особенности послеоперационного наблюдения. В большинстве публикаций, в которых изучается оценка качества жизни после использования назосептального лоскута, освещена определенная тенденция: качество жизни краткосрочно ухудшается, а затем возвращается к исходному уровню. Однако некоторые результаты противоречивы, поэтому требуются дальнейшие исследования с крупными выборками.
