Prognosis during gynecological invasive interventions is largely determined by a possible commissural process, which can ultimately lead to reproductive dysfunction. Adequate intraoperative antiadhesion prevention in gynecology, by applying the complex gel Antiadhesion containing hyaluronic acid and carboxymethyl cellulose, reduces the risk for small pelvic adhesion formation and residual complications of a commissural process.
