Extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma is a rare lymphoproliferative disease characterized mainly by extranodal localization, certain diagnostic difficulties, aggressive course, and low sensitivity to standard chemotherapy. The clinical picture is diverse and depends on the location of the tumor lesion. The article describes the clinical manifestations, diagnosis of extranodal NK/T-cell nasal lymphoma, the adequate treatment tactics of which made it possible to achieve long-term remission of the disease in a patient from the group of poor prognosis.
