An analysis of literature sources is presented, which demonstrates unidirectional trends in relation to the risk of developing cardiovascular pathology associated with anxiety, as well as a high prevalence of negative psycho-emotional states, in particular anxiety, in female populations. Probably, these processes are associated both with the physiological characteristics of the female body and with variations in the expression of anxiety/depression, which in turn affect the likelihood of developing and outcomes of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). In order to improve the prevention of this pathology in the adult female population, it is necessary to develop information and educational technologies, as well as an infrastructure that would ensure the availability of appropriate counseling on the identification and monitoring of psychosocial risk factors for CVD for all categories of the female population.
