Abstract Carry out an analysis of the structure of the dispensary observation group of the general practitioner, establish the proportion of patients suffering from chronic non-infectious diseases registered in the dispensary. Material and methods. The analysis of outpatient records of patients from 6 therapeutic sites of 3 the subjects of the Russian Federation: the Republic of Mordovia, Omsk Region, Perm Territory. The list of final diagnoses was analyzed, as well as the fact of establishing dispensary observation. Conclusion.The study showed significant discrepancies between the actual establishment of the dispensary observation and the requirements of the Order of the dispensary observation in terms of diseases subjected to dispensary registration. It has been established that the average age of patients assigned to the dispensary registration is over 65 years.
