Malignant neoplasms of female reproductive organs, including cancers of the breast, cervix uteri, uterus, and ovaries, account for 42% in the structure of overall cancer incidence in females. In evaluating the effectiveness of diagnosis of reproductive system cancer, it should be noted that more than two-thirds of patients are found to have stage II—III cancer. To date, however, the efficiency of prevention interventions has remained low across the country, which greatly lowers expectations for treatment success. The aim — of the investigation was to assess new organizational forms in the early diagnosis of reproductive/breast cancer in a republican cancer center (in case of the Republic of Ingushetia). Material and methods. The investigation material is information about patients with malignant neoplasms at the main sites of female genital organs (the cervix uteri, uterus, and ovaries) and breast (Form №35 in the Republic of Ingushetia). The findings were statistically processed using an IBMPC/AT personal computer, the software package Statistica 6.0, and Excel spreadsheets 2003.
