In accordance with the provisions of «The procedure for the organization and implementation of prevention of noncommunicable diseases and measures to form healthy lifestyle in healthcare facilities» (Ministry of Health of Russia Order No. 683н dated 30.09.15), the activities of medical prevention centers include a wide range of problems that are solved via methodological approaches and require an analysis of the results obtained. The existing statistical reporting form provides quantitative indicators, but does not allow the quality and efficiency of done preventive work to be fully assessed. The paper presents a number of indicators from 33 regional medical prevention centers, which have been obtained when testing the questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness of these centers, which has been designed by the Department of Integrated Prevention Programs, National Medical Research Center for Preventive Medicine, Ministry of Health of Russia.
