According to the latest data, every 10th woman of reproductive age suffers from endometriosis. From 30 to 50% of women from this group suffer from infertility. Futhermore the cause of infertility, endometriosis is detected in 50—70% of cases. The American Society for Reproductive Medicine has twice recommendations published on this issue, which confirms the relevance of this topic. This review discusses the pathogenetic mechanisms, as well as the tactics of management of patients with infertility.
