This article presents a modern view on the effect of endometriosis and surgical treatment on the ovarian reserve, as well as on new approaches in the treatment of patients with reduced ovarian reserve after surgical interventions on the ovaries. The analysis of systematic data shows the negative impact of both endometriosis and immediate surgical treatment. And the data obtained on existing methods of ovarian stimulation are contradictory and require additional research.
