Objective. To study the life quality in patients with endometriosis before and after the treatment. Material and methods. We interviewed 140 patients to investigate the parameters of life quality with endometriosis and their changes after complex treatment with deinogest and aGnRH. Results. The life quality in patients with endometriosis is much lower compared with healthy women. No statistical difference was found for 6 months of pain control treatment according to VAS (visual analog scale) between dienogest or triptorelin groups. Conclusion. We consider dienogest 2 mg is the first line of long-term treatment of pain control syndrome for women with endometriosis. Quantity VAS was the most convenient scale to evaluate the pain syndrome for patients with endometriosis. We recommend the long-term therapy for prevention of endometriosis relapse and to improve the life quality.
