Objective. To evaluate the efficacy of therapeutic plasma exchange in the treatment of patients with peritoneal form of endometriosis, infertility and point mutations in the gene NAT2. Material and methods. The study included 140 patients with infertility, peritoneal form of endometriosis and point mutations in the gene NAT2. All patients had laparoscopy, argonplasmacoagulation of endometriosis. 93 (66,4%) patients were treated with the therapeutic plasmapheresis using the apparatus PCS-2 with the removal of 20—25% the volume of circulating plasma with replacement of crystalloid and colloid solutions. Results. The signs of endotoxemia and  activation of  oxidative stress was seen before the treatment. After the treatment with plasmapheresis a significant reduction of endogenous intoxication parameters and oxidative stress was noticed. The pregnancy rate increase (both spontaneous and after IVF) during the first 3 months after the treatment with therapeutic plasmapheresis was revealed. Conclusions. The laparoscopy and subsequent course of therapeutic plasmapheresis of patients with peritoneal endometriosis and infertility and with point mutations in the gene NAT2 showed high efficiency.
