Abstract:

The oocyte quality is one of the main factors limiting female fertility. Morphological and structural maturity of gametes determines the embryoability to implantation and thus the chance of clinical pregnancy and a birth of a healthy baby. The case of oocytes fertilization with significant zona pellucida deformation in IVF cycle is presented.
