Currently ovarian tissue cryopreservation before aggressive high-dose chemotherapy has been considered as promising way of fertility preservation in  patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The first clinical pregnancy in Russia in patient with Hodgkin’s disease after orthotopic transplantation of cryopreserved ovarian tissue is described. Ovarian tissue cryopreservation was made before bone marrow transplantation. Patient had menopausal status after cancer treatment during 3 years. Orthotopic transplantation of cryopreserved ovarian tissue recovered endocrine function, menstrual cycles and follicle developments. Clinical pregnancy was achieved after in vitro fertilization following the transplantation of thawed cryopreserved ovarian tissue.
