Objective. To study the course of pregnancy in women with pulmonary tuberculosis in a centre of Western Siberia. Material and methods. Prospective study included 59 pregnant women with respiratory tuberculosis delivered in Omsk from 2009 to 2012. The control group included 59 pregnant women with no signs of tuberculosis according to the method of "copy-pair" by age and number of pregnancies, tentatively called "healthy". Results. At I trimester every second pregnancy with tuberculosis was complicated by early toxicosis (57.6%). The threatened miscarriage was noted among 27.1% of main group and 15.3% of comparison group (χ2=1.8; p=0.1). At II trimester, the proportion of women with threatened abortion was 54.3% in primary group and 16.9% in control group (χ2=16.3; p=0.000). The III trimester in patients with tuberculosis more often was complicated by pre-eclampsia. Intrauterine infection in main group was registered in 18.6% compared with 5.1% in comparison group (χ2=3.9; p=0.04). Conclusion: The pregnancy in women with lung tuberculosisa is complicated with early toxicosis, miscarriage, preeclampsia, placental insufficiency and fetal infection.
