Objective: To study the pregnancy outcomes in patients with retrochorial hematoma in first trimester. Material and methods. We investigated 100 patients aged 22-46 years old at 4-13th weeks of gestation. Results: 22% of patients had pain syndrome, 34% revealed hemorrhage and 44% had the both symptoms. Ultrasound: hypertonic uterine n=61(61%). The hematoma volume ranged from 0.61 to 39.1 см3. After 4 week of gestagen therapy only 7 patients had misscariage (with hematomas size 25.0-39.1 sm3). 11 patients had light pain syndrome, 2 women had hemorrhage and 4 patients had both symptoms. Hydramnion was found in 64.2% and oligoamnion was revealed in 13.7%. Conclusion: The pregnancy outcomes depends on the location and volume of retrochorial hematoma. Big size and corporal localization of retrochorial hematoma are accompanied by worse prognosis compared to hematoma with supracervical localization and small volume.
