Abstract:

The article presents the current data, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of urinary and recombinant gonadotropins used in IVF. The approaches for the optimal choice of gonadotropins for ovarian stimulation are discussed. The main objective is to determine an algorithm of gonadotropins use for ovarian stimulation in IVF according to the origin (urinary or recombinant) and the response of the ovaries.
