Abstract:

The paper gives a clinical example of successful combined treatment in a young patient with locally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of the maxillary alveolar process mucosa. An individual approach using up-to-date radiotherapy techniques, targeted modification, and subsequent surgery opens new perspectives for radical treatment, by maintaining the quality of life in patients with head and neck tumors.
