The paper describes a case of disseminated breast cancer with bone metastases. The patient received courses of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and hormone therapy, which could achieve complete resorption of bone metastatic foci and perform cytoreductive surgery. The patient is alive for 10 years and 10 months.
