Based on state statistical data on the absolute number of patients and deceased persons, on their distribution by locations and age groups, and on average annual population size, the authors give an analysis of trends in morbidity, mortality, and oncology care for patients with prostate cancer over a 15-year period (1995-2010). The Russian and international indicators of the GLOBOCAN 2008 project are comparatively characterized.
